Autumn Wedding Inspiration

Autumn is one of my favourite seasons of the year – with the changing colours of the trees, crisp leaves underfoot and weather that is just chilly enough to bring out the chunky knitwear!

If you pop over to our Pinterest page I have found loads of lovely Autumn Wedding Inspiration from table centres to edible favours, accessories, bouquets and lots more.  It’s all about fairy lights, toffee apples, pumpkins and sparklers!

On a budget?  This rustic centrepiece idea from Love My Dress is fab for an Autumn or Winter wedding – go foraging for some twigs and just add some battery-powered fairy lights

Slice it up!  Log slices are available from St Johns Saw Mill – they usually need about a weeks notice and they cost from approximately £2 each, depending on size and quantity required. These can be used to decorate an aisle or sit your cake or table centres on top of…

Sweet Treats…  Some burlap bunting and wooden crates make the perfect backdrop for toffee apples, pumpkin pie and carrot cake.

DIY Decor… from place cards to carved pumpkins – have fun creating Autumn themed items to decorate your venue.

The flowers…. twiggy head-dresses, berries, burnt oranges and deep reds – beautiful rich colours and lots of texture. You can go for something a bit more unusual for the men’s buttonholes too instead of a traditional rose.

Something different….  It doesn’t have to be all oranges and reds – purple is a great colour for Autumn and mix with gold accents for a touch of glamour.
