Back in the Summer of 2014, a talented group Manx wedding professionals got together to showcase how to get the perfect look for your Wedding day. We have already had the pleasure of sharing Look 1 , Look 2 and Look 3 – here is the final Look for this shoot – Isle of Man Makeup Artist Charlotte Easton tells us all about it….
With the hustle and bustle of the wedding day it can be difficult to schedule time to actually get those magazine worthy images brides imagine. We wanted to show clients what could be achieved. We’d noticed a growing trend for brides to have not only one but two beautiful dresses on their special day and to request a “changeover” of hair and makeup for the evening celebrations.
The final look was more editorial, making a dramatic statement with a matt, cool-toned red lip colour, intensifying the eye makeup for a smokey- eyed look and adding individual lashes. The woodland inspired, structured bouquet with pearl and butterfly detail really added an unexpected twist juxtaposed with the luxurious heavy silk crepe with daring plunge back dress.
I’ve really enjoyed sharing this series of photographs with you and look forward to finding more inspiration for you!
